Executive Team Facilitation and Offsite Retreats
We use the practical and proven "Mastering the Rockefeller Habits" process recently renamed "Four Decisions" model for retreats. In addition we also facilitate executive team alignment retreats using "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" model by Pat Lencioni.
Topgrading Workshop for Individual Companies
A four step hiring process for managers that will benefit your bottom line, culture and will go a long way of taking caring of your People issues. While the process is strong, like any tool, there is an art to executing successfully. That is where we will help you, so you can own it in the future.
Lastly we believe in Assessments to confirm the interview learning's, we use DISC and will collaborate with Dr. Dana Clark of Organizational Talent Solutions for high level hire (e.g. CEO, COO etc.) assessments.
Executive One on One Coaching
We meet one on one on bi-weekly basis depending on the depth of issues and amount of time required to address them in a meaningful way. Although we will spend a lot of time talking about your business, at the end of the day it is about ACTION and ACCOUNTABILITY.
Together we will assess where you are, where you want to be, and then we will create and implement an action plan that will get you there. To allow for optimum results, the recommended minimum duration for this level of coaching is six months. This will be dictated by you as change does take time.
CEO Mastermind Groups
Group coaching offers many of the benefits for a much lower cost than individual coaching. Mastermind is a group of six CEOs who meet every other week, for a two-hour session. Facilitated by Bob Shannon, this forum allows each CEO to share specific challenges and opportunities during each meeting. Each member benefits from experience and guidance from every other member.
